DAY 1 : ARRIVAL MEDAN – PARAPAT -SAMOSIR ISLAND (L,D)
You will be greeted by your tour guide/driver cum guide on arrival at Kuala Namu International Airport in Medan. Proceed to Parapat Lake Toba. En route, stop at Patent Shop to buy local food products such as Teng Teng or Ting Ting, then visit Kwan In Temple in Siantar. Lunch at a local restaurant. Arrive in Parapat, a town on the shore of serene Lake Toba. Free Program. Transfer to Samosir Island. Check in to the hotel for accommodation. Dinner at a Hotel. Overnight at Samosir Island.
 
DAY 2 : SAMOSIR ISLAND – PARAPAT – BERASTAGI (B,L,D)
After breakfast at the hotel, cruise Lake Toba by ferry boat for about 45 minutes. Visit Tomok Village to see the ancient tomb of King Sidabutar. Ambarita Village to see the famous stone chairs and execution place of King Siallagan (Only for groups of a minimum of 10 persons), and back to Parapat. Transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, the tour continues to Berastagi. En route, stop at Simarjarunjung to enjoy ginger tea and fried bananas (personal expenses), then visit Simalungun Batak Long House, which was named “Rumah Bolon” at Pematang Purba. Afterward, stop at Sipiso Piso waterfall to see this magnificent 110 meters tall waterfall and an extraordinary view of Lake Toba from the north side. Upon arrival in Berastagi, visit the Central Fruit Market to buy tropical fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Dinner will be served at the local restaurant. Overnight at Berastagi.
 
DAY 3 : BERASTAGI – MEDAN (B,L,D)
Breakfast at the hotel, and visit Gundaling Hill to see the two active volcanoes in Brastagi: Mount. Sibayak (2.172m), Mount.Sinabung (2.417m), afterwards visit Shwedagon Pagoda Replica at Taman Alam Lumbini. Proceed to Medan; upon arrival in Medan, Visit Maimoon Palace to see the Sultan of Deli’s palace, which was built in 1888. Next, visit the Great Mosque, one of the Sultan Deli legacies in North Sumatra other than the Maimoon Palace. Sultan Makmun Al Rasyid built this mosque in 1906. This Great Mosque is located only 200m2 from Maimoon Palace and is still used by the Muslim community to pray daily. Foreign tourists visit this mosque from various countries all over the world. This Great Mosque is the most beautiful and biggest mosque in North Sumatra. After lunch at a local restaurant. Visit Batik Center, Pasar Ikan Lama (traditional market), and Medan Mall—dinner at a local restaurant. Enjoy the warm atmosphere of Merdeka Walk, City Hall, and Post Office at your leisure. Transfer to Hotel for an overnight in Medan.
 
DAY 4: MEDAN – DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at the hotel, then free and easy (transport available) until transfer to the airport for your flight back.
