** The boat transfer is subject to weather conditions. The hotel is not liable for compensation due to weather changes.
** Please call our Kuala Besut Office 20 minutes before the boat departure.
** Please be informed that the boat from Kuala Besut Jetty to Resort will depart at 2.30 pm instead of 2.00 pm every Friday.
** For operational reasons, the hotel reserves the right to change any boat departure schedules between Kuala Besut Jetty and the hotel without prior notice.
