Day 1: Arrival in Kunming

Day 3: Kunming to Dali

Midday: Take a high-speed train to Dali.
Evening: Arrive in Dali, check-in, and relax.
 
Day 4: Discover Dali
In the morning, visit the Three Pagodas and bike around Erhai Lake.
Afternoon: Explore Zhoucheng Village and Dali Ancient Town.
Evening: Unwind at your hotel or visit Bad Monkey Bar.
 
Day 5: More of Dali 
Morning: Cable car to Cangshan Mountain for hiking and scenic views.
Lunch: Enjoy more Bai cuisine at Duan Shi Restaurant.
Afternoon: Visit Xizhou Bai's Houses and enjoy leisure time.
 
Day 6: Dali to Lijiang
In the morning, take a train to Lijiang after breakfast.
Afternoon: Explore Lijiang Ancient Town and its vibrant Sifang Street.
 
Day 7: Lijiang Highlights
Morning: Visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Glacier Park.
Afternoon: Explore Yufeng Temple, Baisha Mural, and Black Dragon Pond Park.
Evening: Optional bonfire party in Suhe Old Town.
 
Day 8: Journey to Shangri-La
09:30-10:00: Meet your guide and set off on a scenic drive to Shangri-La, the mythical "lost horizon."
10:00-13:00: Stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge, one of the deepest canyons. Hike to a viewing deck for stunning views of the dramatic landscape.
13:00-14:30: Enjoy a scenic drive and a delicious lunch en route to Shangri-La.
14:30-16:30: Upon arrival, check into your hotel and explore Dukezong Ancient Town. Then, to experience Tibetan culture, join a Tang-ga painting workshop.
16:30-17:30: In the evening, join in traditional dances at a lively bonfire night in Moonlight Square or relax at a local bar.
 
Day 9: Exploring Shangri-La
09:30-10:00: Meet your guide and begin your exploration of Shangri-La.
10:00-12:00: Visit Sumtsaling Monastery, Yunnan's largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Experience local life with a visit to a resident's home.
12:00-13:00: Enjoy a traditional Tibetan lunch.
13:30-16:30: Spend the afternoon at Potatso National Park, exploring its lakes, forests, and meadows on scenic footpaths.
16:30-17:30: Return to your hotel to relax. For the evening, consider attending the "Dream Shangri-La" folk-custom dancing show.
 
Day 10: Departure from Shangri-La
Free Day: Enjoy a relaxed morning in Shangri-La before being transferred to the airport for your flight back to Kunming. Connect with your departure flight to your next destination.
